REFUND POLICY

We work hard to make this a WIN-WIN for everyone, particularly for your pet(s) and our Pet Chauffeurs. 

The $300 booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation  prior to four weeks of the travel date,  will receive100% of the 50% travel deposit.

Cancellation < 4 weeks in advance, you will receive 75% of the 50% travel deposit.

Cancellation < 3 weeks in advance, you will receive 50% of the 50% travel deposit.

Cancellation < 2 weeks in advance, you will receive 0% back, exceptions are made on a case by case basis based situations.

Delays in your departure or arrival time is understandable and we will work with you on this.
